If you are a cheese lover the cheese is STRONG on this one. Picture Medieval Roadhouse, but with heavy old school Terminator vibes, Rockyish coaching scenes with lots of running on the beach, really really bad accents (Sean Connery can't even pronounce his character's own Spanish name, and the less said about the Highlander's accent/voice/lines the better) bad BAD hair on everyone, and THE KURGAN. All in all, you know what? It works! No joke, this is pretty romantic stuff. And the Queen soundtrack kicks ass.😎
